On one of the coldest days in years, my 2015 SRX that i had purchased 3 months ago would not start. The battery was the problem, and i called for a jump and then called Kerbeck service. Everyone from the receptionist to the service associate John were very helpful. John made room for me to immediately to bring my car in, had it checked out, replaced my battery, and did all of this an in amazing short time. That's my idea of service!
