My 2015 Buick LaCrosse motor wouldn’t turnover. I call the service department initially the person who answered the phone she told me the earliest I could get my vehicle looked at would be Thursday and today was Tuesday. After explaining I don’t have transportation and I am suppose to be in Ringgold, Pa for a conference and my vehicle service contract called for a rental, I was able to speak with a service manager who inform me if I could get my vehicle in they would look at it. Thank God for Service Managers who care about customers rather than someone who just answer the phone and schedule appointments with no compassion for customers. After towing my vehicle in, the diagnostic was it only needed a battery and no other electrical or mechanical problem.
