I was emailed a reminder for my appt. to go and find out they had no parts for the car. Called later to find out we had to leave car over night. When we left the shop a month or so ago we was told they would contact us when the part came in. It was never order. The ordeal cost us an extra $100. And 2 days with out our car. Not very happy the way my wife was treated. Purchased several cars from kerbeck in the past.

Worst 5 hrs ever! I explained to the service department exactly what I wanted done and they were more concerned with what they wanted to do. I basically spent $503 for just a new key! I will not return for service here again!
Purchase two vehicles from you, only put 700 mileson the car, my AC stop working your dealer wanted to charge me 1600 dollars, I purchased two vehicles in one and your company treated me like very bad, I have a nice Cadillac CTS with no AC after only putting 700 miles, this car had this problem when I purchased it, get me once but not twice, waiting to hear back from you soon
I purchased 3 vehicles and leased 3 vehicles and was a loyal customer until the certified preowned truck that I purchased on Memorial day that was supposed to be bumper to bumper warranty and when I brought it back for a bad tire for uneven wear causing the truck to ride rough. I was told the sales had to approve its replacement not the fact it was bad and just overlooked on the 172 point inspection. I also wanted service to check out a tapping that I here from the motor and was told that was normal . I have the same truck that has 160000 miles and doesn't have this tapping noise with the same 5.3 motor. So after 6 vehicles I won't be back Thanks to the new sales team. I was told by service that they couldn't change one tire on a $30,000.00 used truck then why would anybody come back.
I started a lease in December 2018 and know that I did not make the greatest decision. They advertised how great the deal was but I do not feel that way from doing further investigation with other dealerships. My sister and a friend were looking for new vehicle but would not recommend Kerbeck. When my lease is up I plan to purchase but would not do it with Kerbeck. I do want to say that the service at Palmyra is excellent.
