Najee was wonderful, kind, patient, and helped us stay at our price range. We did not feel judged, considering people come in their to spend on higher priced vehicals. Sales staff was friendly, they took the time to come over and congratulate us. I received flowers, and they offered to order us dinner for waiting. Best service I have had. I have leased through ford and acura previously.

Have the tire program on my new leased Terrain ,Denali . Called day in advance to set appt to get tire replaced. Gave the tire damage. (puncture in the top side wall ) Cant just fix these. Also called the warranty place and got the ticket started which I gave to the service person who answered the phone. She was going to be sure they had the tire so when I cam in at 7:30 am for the appt I would be in and out . Well they took the car in said they need to look at it. and 1/1/2 hours later came back and asked me what I wanted to do because they did not have the tire and it would not be there for several hours. They could not get it. So I would have to wait and they could put the old tire on or put the donut on. . Really, Old tire should not be an option. Not having the tire is insane. I would have popped a tire from a like car and put it back on that car when the new one came in. Out goes the customer and no hassle. As it is I had to come back at noon next day and get the other tire put on. Waste of every ones time
After a few hiccups we managed to Work things out. The sales staff was professional, but the waiting times for delivery was long. This is the third vehicle I have bargained for, two for me and one for a good friend. I am still not having good results with the right side passenger front floor mat. It is still Curled up in the corner, looks terrible.

We took the car for a recall. The service agent was more than accommodating... There were at least 10 people in the waiting area ..... we were told the wait would be 1 hr maybe 1 1/2 hrs long ..... Our wait was 45 minutes.... What a pleasant surprise..... we are very very happy with the way we were treated ..... As always you guys know how to treat a customer.....
