everything was good except for the long wait.. perhaps something different than donuts con be offered for those who cannot partake because of dietary restraints. perhaps shuttle service to a local fast food in the area while waiting.

I was very impressed with not only the welcoming appearance of the service department, but also the warm greeting of the employees. I was running late and apologized, but the manager made me feel like it did not matter and that my appointment needs would be met. I have been going to Barlow GMC Buick (where I purchased my first (2011) Buick Regal and had been wowed by them for over 5 years. Now, Kerbeck has picked up right where they left off!

Once again another excellent overall experience from scheduling the appointment with one of the advisers . They kept me up to date while I was waiting on the progress of my vehicle .This is one of the main reasons why I purchase my vehicles only in FC Kerbeck And Sons Is because of the service department. I will continue to come back. Great job guys keep up the good work
The service was both quick & great as were the agents. The only downside was the price quoted for additional work. It was approx. 3x higher than most service centers & still higher than the local GMC dealer here. Because of the distance involved not at all worth it.
