My salesman was very inexperienced. Was never really shown all the operational details of the vehicle. Especially the technology. I���m still waiting for the manager to call me about a mistake in my monthly payment.

I had gone to another dealership that was close by to me, to see if i was anywhere near able to get a new car. This dealership told me i didnt have a great credit score (i already knew that. ) and they could get me into what they chose (i wanted a cadillac they said i could only qualify for a nissan). I left. I called FC Kerbeck (like i originally wanted to) and explained what I was interested in and my situation. My salesguy was Paul, he was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and knew just what he was talking about. He was very professional and made me laugh as well. (Definitely not a snooty dealership even though they sell very very high end cars). Long story short I was able to pick up my new Cadillac CT6 the next day! (Quite a difference from supposedly only being able to qualify for a Nissan)..everything was explained, all my questions answered. I would absolutely recommend FC Kerbeck. It is a little bit of a drive (Im from PA but it was so worth it)
I had my 2020 gmc terrain in the shop 4 times for the USB port. They put a new port in, and still not good, they put a new radio, still no good, I changed brand, and format of flash drive as recommended, still no good. I'm really having second thoughts about GMC.

I don���t like the service on the service side.I would buy a car but the service department sucks. It seems like once you make a sale they are no longer care about service. This is why I did not trade my car here where I brought it. I went to O���Neil gmc who matched fc kerbeck offer. However najae if I spelled his name right is awesome

I when to have a oil change, there where a couple things that I was recommended to do, so I agreed to be done. My wiper blade was one off them. After cleaning my windshield I noticed that it was doing the same thing so I checked the wipers and they didn���t charge them but I payed for them. Who knows what other things they claim the did and did not do them but I���m paying for a service that I���m not getting because I can not see it to confirm that it was done. They also took the liberty on changing my radio station, my odometer that���s on the windshield, open my sunroof. Who knows what else they where pudding there hands on that they didn���t need to. They should limit themselves to do their job and their job only.

This is the third or fourth time we have had to bring this vehicle in for the same issue - noise/rattle in roof. We have gotten it down to knowing where to press for it it to stop. This is not something that happen constantly. So we showed a video Of it happening was not fixed. In fact happened on the way home so my husband drove back and a tech got in the car and he was able to hear it. My husband even researched to find a GM bulletin that seem to be related and also showed that to the tech in which he agreed. Could not get another for a week when we picked it up was told they couldn���t reproduce so they sprayed foam husband Instead of using the bulletin to correct - did not even make it home before the noise was happening. I called left a message for Service manager on his voice mail did not even call back. How would feel if this was the service you received? Please call me at 856 465 9683 to let me know how do I get this car fixed. Which will be fourth or fifth time now.
